1. Can I return the product if I don't like it?
If you are not satisfied with the size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product, within 14 days you can exchange it for a similar product or get your money back. You will be able to use this guarantee if the product has not been used, damaged or otherwise damaged, is returned in its original packaging, the packaging is intact (the protective film has not been torn and (or) re-glued). Also, when returning the product, it is mandatory to return the gift if it was included in the goods you ordered (the same return rules apply to returned gifts as to goods).
If you want to exchange a quality product for another, you must return the quality product to us and place a new order.
2. Who pays for the return of the product to the seller?
When returning the goods, they will need to be sent back to us to the specified parcel machine. The costs of returning the product are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the returned product was defective. In this case, you will be refunded for the return shipping within 14 business days of receiving the defective product.
Important: in order for us to cover the return shipping costs, you will need to provide a receipt for the shipping service payment, identifying the shipment of the returned product, by e-mail to info@egoskinbeauty.lt.
3. How long and how is the refund?
When returning goods, the money is refunded within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The money will be returned to the bank account from which you paid for the order.
4. What are the requirements for returning goods?
4.1. High-quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. In this case, you will have to deliver the returned product back to us at your own expense. We, having assessed that the product has not been used, damaged or otherwise damaged, is returned in the original packaging, the packaging is not damaged (the protective film has not been torn and (or) re-glued), will refund you the amount paid for the product within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. If the product is returned in a condition other than that specified here, we reserve the right not to approve the return of your products or to apply a fee for the lost value of the returned products. The shipping costs of quality products are not refunded to the buyer.
4.2. Low-quality products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. Low-quality products are replaced with high-quality products or the money is refunded.
In order to return a low-quality product, you will have to send the low-quality product to the parcel machine specified by us at your own expense. We will assess whether the product is defective and meets the other conditions of the returned goods, and we will refund the money for the product and delivery (if all the goods in the order are returned) and return shipping costs within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. In order for us to cover the return shipping costs, you will need to provide a receipt for the payment of the goods' shipping services by e-mail to info@egoskinbeauty.lt, identifying the shipment of the returned goods. In cases where you want to return only one or several, but not all delivered goods from the order, the delivery costs of the goods (if they were added to the order amount) will not be refunded to you if the delivery amount does not depend on the quantity, value or other characteristics of the delivered goods.
In order for the defective product to be replaced, you will have to send the defective product at your own expense to the parcel machine specified by us. We will assess whether the product is of poor quality and meets other conditions for returned goods, and will send a new high-quality product to the address you provided (shipping is paid by the seller). We will refund the return shipping costs within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In order for us to cover the return shipping costs, you will need to provide a receipt for the payment of the shipping services identifying the shipment of the returned product by email to info@egoskinbeauty.lt.
4.3. You are responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned product. If the product is not assembled and (or) properly packaged, we will not accept the returned product.
4.4. We have the right not to accept defective products if the buyer does not follow the return procedure provided for in the rules.
5. How can I submit a request for a return?
5.1. In order to return the goods, you will need to contact us by email. by email to info@egoskinbeauty.lt and provide the following information: order number, returned product code, quantity, reason for return, product photos (if returned due to defect, mixed product or damaged shipment). 5.2. After properly filling in the required information (providing all the requested data so that we can identify your order), we will contact you within 1-2 business days and agree on the details of the return of the goods.
5.3. After receiving our confirmation of the return, you will have to send the returned goods to the specified parcel machine.
6. I have sent the goods for return, what next?
Upon receipt of your returned goods, they will be inspected and, if the goods meet the return requirements, we will inform you about the initiation of the refund process.
7. I received the wrong goods that I ordered, what should I do?
If the received order contains the wrong goods that you ordered, you must inform us by e-mail info@egoskinbeauty.lt . We will check the packaging area video cameras and the remaining goods in the warehouse, and will contact you within 1 - 2 business days. If the mix-up of goods during packaging is confirmed, we will re-deliver the missing goods within a reasonable period of time.
You can return the goods that were placed in the order incorrectly back to us or pay for it and keep it for yourself. We will pay the costs of re-ordering and returning the incorrectly placed goods.
If you do not want to keep the incorrectly placed item, but for some reason (e.g. the item is no longer in stock and there is no possibility to order from the supplier), we will not be able to re-fulfill the order, you will need to return the incorrectly placed item. We will pay the shipping costs of the returned incorrectly placed item and refund you the amount paid for the item within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
8. I did not receive all the items I ordered, what should I do?
If the received order is missing items, you must inform us by e-mail info@egoskinbeauty.lt . We will check the video cameras of the packaging area and the remaining items in the warehouse, and will contact you within 1 - 2 business days. If the shortage of items is confirmed during packaging, we will re-deliver the missing items within a reasonable time. You will not have to pay for the costs of re-fulfilling the order. If we are unable to re-fulfill your order, you will be refunded for the missing items within 14 business days.
